38th ARTDO International Leadership & HRD Conference.
2011, Taipei, Taiwan

 

Theme: Strategic Talent Management in the Era of Globalization

The 38th ARTDO conference is scheduled to be held from November 20th to 23rd, 2011 in Grand Hotel, Taipei City, Taiwan. It’s the great legacy of ARTDO International for HRD practitioners from public, private sector and academics to get together enhancing networking and professional growth. The conference theme will be “Strategic Talent Management in the Era of Globalization”. Aristotle mentioned that the definition of happiness is when talent being applied. The modern scholars also mentioned that the happiest staff is the most efficient staff. Hence, apply the talents, create happiness and seek for double effects have become the issue fixing on the managerial field’s eyes.

Abstract Submission Deadline      : 31 March 2011
Notification of Acceptance             :1 May 2011
Full Paper Submission Deadline    :31 August 2011


 
Authors are invited to submit an abstract indicates their interests and goals by March 31, 2011.The abstract should consist of a cover page indicating name, topic of presentation, and date followed by the paper with references indicated at the end (font size 12 with 1.5 line spacing; charts and diagrams may be added as desires). A CV and a photograph should also be attached.

 

The notification of acceptance will be announced by May 1, 2011. The full paper should be in English, not more than 20 pages, and describing the results of research or practical applications relevant to the conference topics.

 

All papers must be original contributions and not previously published, nor currently under consideration, for publication elsewhere. All papers should submitted by e-mailing to info@cstd.org in Word format. All accepted contributions will appear in the conference proceedings on the condition that at least one author registers before the Author Registration Deadline and presents the contribution at the conference.
