It is a non-governmental, non-profit international joint organization, founded in 1974, with more than 30 countries and regions in Asia-pacific region as its member.

ARTDO International holds its annual conference in Asia and Middle East countries alternately, and invites executives and elites all over the world to participate in, and to promote international training exchanges.

On 2002, ARTDO International had authorized The Chinese Society for Training and Development (hereinafter as “CSTD”) to hold the 29th Annual Conference at Taipei City. On 2011, CSTD is authorized once more to plan and host the 38th Conference. |
